Chow Siddhartha studied yoga under renown doctor Dr. R. Nagarathna, MD, MRCP at Prashanti Kutiram(Yoga Ashram), SVYASA University, Bangalore for 7 years.  He completed Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor and Master Degree in Yoga from SVYASA University and was Head of the Department of Back pain Section at Arogyadhama-a 200 bedded yoga therapy health home attached to the University for 5 years. During these 5 years in the back pain section he helped more than 2000 patients in overcoming their back pain through yoga therapy.


He did extensive research on efficacies of yoga therapy in low back pain patients and published two research papers in international journals along with Dr. Padmini, Assistant Professor, SVYASA University, Bangalore.


Chow Siddhartha started yoga learning during his college days visiting Vivekananda Kendra yoga classes.


Chow Siddhartha is also an ardent practitioner of vipassana meditation. He underwent many vipassana meditation courses under Sri Sri Satya Narayan Goenkaji.  His love for vipassana meditation grew when he was a young student in a Buddhist monastery under the renown Buddhist monk Venerable Wannasara Mahathera.  During these 6 years of his stay in the Buddhist Monastery, he developed his liking for vipassana and yoga.


Chow Siddhartha conducted corporate yoga classes for Taj Group of Hotels, Deutsche Bank,    Manthan Legal, Sapient, Better Future, Capita, OTIS, Erriction, Reliance Capital, FANUC India Private Limited and so many others.


He also taught private yoga lessons to many executives of IBM, IIMB, INFOSYS, WIPRO, Taj Group of Hotels, Texas Instruments, Northern Trust, AIRTEL, Honey Well, GMR Group of Companies etc.
